Cheesy Green Beans for Picnic
Ingredients: • 1 can (14 1/2 ounces) stewed tomatoes • 2 tablespoons water • 1 tablespoon cornstarch • 1/2 teaspoon salt • 1 teaspoon sugar • 1/4 teaspoon pepper • 2 cans (16 ounces each) green beans, drained • No-stick cooking spray • 8 club crackers, crumbled • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese • 1 tablespoon butter
Preparation Time: Approximately 10 minutes, Cook Time: Approximately 25 minutes
Preparation: Heat the oven to 400ºF. Pour the stewed tomatoes into a saucepan. Dissolve the cornstarch in the water and stir into the tomatoes with the seasonings. |
