It is important for you to understand that after shipping The Picnic Shop has no control over the shipment and so is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during shipping. If something like that happens you need to contact the local UPS or FedEx office (depends on which of these Company were used) to file a complaint. You need to take the INVOICE and the Tracking Number we sent through the email with you.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with any of our products for any reason, and would like to return or exchange a product, do not just send it back to us. Contact us immediately! We will try to solve the problem as fast as practicable. If we can't resolve the issue to your satisfaction you may return the item with a return authorization number that we will be providing for you. We will not except any returns without an authorization code.
All returned products must be unused, in brand new condition and in the original packaging. All returned items have to be shipped back to us within 7 days from receipt of the package for a refund or exchange.
We do not charge a restocking fee but you must pay for the shipping to return the package back to us.
We do not issue refunds on gift wrapping, shipping cost and special customization on any of our products.
Shipping and Handling
We want you to be fully satisfied with the delivery of your purchase so The Picnic Shop uses a wide variety of FedEx and UPS services to ship all of its packages. We usually ship within 3 business day, before Holidays 3-5 business days.
Attention Canadian Customers! If you want us to ship your order to Canada be aware of an additional minimum of $40.00 charge as a Custom Clearance Fee!
