Available Personalizations for Picnic Plus ProductsGeneral Info
Every Picnic Plus Product can be decorated with a name, logo or design
Under the product descriptionspecified WHERE the product can be decorated, what is the SIZE of the decorating area and HOW it is decorated (screen printing, embroidery, engraving)
The minimum order to decorate any of Picnic Plus products is 12 pieces. It means 12 pieces of the same size logo and color screen imprint, 12 pieces of the same size and stitch count of an embroidered item or 12 pieces of the same engraved area, plates, patch, glasses etc.
Each decorating method listed has a set up charge as well as a running charge as listed on the price list below.
Our production time is normally 7-10 business days after artwork approval; we will let you know our current production schedule.
Consider to pre order/purchase generic name and decoration of a popular destination or attraction. (Atlantic City with a pair of flip flops, Sanibel Island, with a sea shell, Williamsburg with a musket, etc.)
NO Cancellations or returns on decorated products!
Customer must supply EPS Vector Art File or camera ready art; if not available an artwork charge of $35.00 per hour will be apply.
SCREEN PRINTING
Single color imprint is applied to the product through a silk screen.
Pricing: Set up Charge: One color, one fee per order: $35.00 (144+ pieces or more FREE set up) Running Charge: 12-144 pieces: $2.50 for 1 color, per piece, 145-359 pieces: $2.00 for 1 color, per piece
If you would like to have 2 or 3 colors on the logo, they MUST order a minimum of 72 pieces and the following additional charges apply:
Set up charge for the 2nd and 3rd colors: $35.00 each
Running charge: $1.50 per additional color, per piece
EMBROIDERY
Single or multiple thread colors are sewn into the product. Pricing is based on stitch count and not the number of color threads used in the decoration, up to 10 thread colors can be used.
Pricing: Set up Charge: The Set up charge is called the Digitizing Fee and there is one fee per order.
If you don't have digitized tape/file of the artwork, the charge is: $75.00 for up to 5,000 stitches (add $10.00 per each additional 1,000 stitches).
If you can provide us with a usable digitized tape there is no set up charge.
Free digitizing for up to 5,000 stitches for any order of over 144 pieces. Running Charge: 12-144 pieces: $3.50 each piece for up to 5,000 stitches* 145-360 pieces: $3.00 each piece for up to 5,000 stitches*
*Add $.45 for each additional 1,000 stitches per piece
*Maximum embroidery width is 4.75 “; additional surcharge for embroidery over 4.75”
LASER ENGRAVING
Laser engraved or sublimated printing on a silver or gold tone metal plate, silver or gold tone hang tag with beaded chain (standard size1 ˝ X 3”); Laser engraving on a wood cutting board, wood or stainless steel multipurpose waiter’s tool, glass goblet, glass cheese board, stainless steel flask, stainless steel mug( up to 4”)
